Returns

We personally guarantee that you're going to like what you see, and that you will learn from it. If you don't, we'll refund your money if you let us know within 15 days of your purchase. If you've purchased a full year and want your money back, we will prorate it. In the case of an annual subscription - please be aware that you're buying access to our content library, as it is, for the period of one year. We do our best to push new content as often as possible, but we won't guarantee when and how much.

Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. At Groovemob LLC we have a few fundamental principles:

• We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
• We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

Groovemob LLC Inc. (“Groovemob LLC”) operates TekPub. It is Groovemob LLC’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Groovemob LLC collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Groovemob LLC’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Groovemob LLC’s visitors use its website. Groovemob LLC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Groovemob LLC may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. Groovemob LLC may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Groovemob LLC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
